Salary: $36.07 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
Keep maintenance reports and documentation
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Verify and repair emission control systems
Perform other routine maintenance
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices
Adjust, repair or replace electrical system parts
Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Repair and adjust system components
Inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Repair and maintain electrical and electronic controls for propulsion and braking systems
Inspect assigned locomotives
Perform routine maintenance on locomotives
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work
