Retail Store Supervisor

Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Evening Hours

Job Duties:

·Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.

·Assign sales workers to duties.

·Prepare staff schedules for review and approval of the manager.

·Authorize the return of merchandise.

·Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.

·Maintain specified inventory and list of products that need to be ordered.

·Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.

·Train new sales staff.

·Assess staff performance and complete an evaluation report.

·Ensure the cleanliness of the store.

·Ensure that the cashier’s close-out report is balanced for the day.

Education Requirements: Completion of High School education is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience required
